Availability & Deposits

Our dates do get very booked up, so if you are after a particular date then do get in touch. If you need us to pencil anything in while you discuss with Family, Friends Churches/Registrars then this is no trouble. 

We are taking bookings up to 2020!


If you are happy with everything that we’ve discussed and would like to go ahead with your booking a 25% deposit of your expected spend is due to confirm your date. Your wedding planner can calculate this for you in a wedding summary - based on your requirements.

4 weeks before your wedding you will confirm all your requirements, ie guest numbers, seating plan etc. 

Your final invoice is then due 3 weeks before your wedding, less your original deposit. As lots of elements during your planning will change as your ideas come together. 


Your wedding planner will help guide you throughout your journey & personalise your experience to create your most perfect day for you both! You will go through a file with your wedding planner to make sure that nothing is forgotten and that you’re happy with your timings, suppliers, decorations etc
