Old Luxters Barn is delighted to offer a complete package for your Wedding Reception or Private Party to include the following for your day:
- The exclusive use of Old Luxters Barn until midnight
- Two glasses of our house sparkling wine or orange juice per guest on arrival
- Three course meal with coffee
- Half a bottle of our house wine per guest with your meal
- Jugs of tap water with ice and lemon with your meal
- A glass of house sparkling wine per guest for your toast
- Our in house discotheque for three hours for your evening entertainment
- Use of a round or square silver cake stand and knife
- Candles lit in our wall sconces
- An easel and frame for your table plan
- Use of our baby grand piano
- All furniture, crockery, cutlery and glassware
- Ivory linen table cloths and napkins
- A dedicated team to help with the planning of your event
- An event manager on the day to look after you and your guests
- A team of waiting staff and bar staff throughout the day

The above is based on a minimum charge of 60 adults and excludes New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve. Sundays on a Bank Holiday weekend are classed as Saturdays.
