Get first refusal on a provisional date while you settle the details

Our dates do get very booked up, so if you are after a particular date then do get in touch. If you need us to pencil anything in while you discuss with Family, Friends Churches/Registrars then this is no trouble. We can then give you first refusal for this date. When you are happy and wish to confirm your wedding with Old Luxters Barn we can send you a booking form. Once we receive this booking form returned by yourselves we can then draw up all your documentation. You'll then receive a confirmation email within 3 days. You have 2 weeks from this date to pay your deposit amount. We are now taking bookings as far ahead as 2028! 


A 30% deposit of your expected spend is due to confirm your date. Payments are via bank transfer only. Unfortunately we cannot accept payments over the phone or in person. The deposit amount is calculated at the bottom of your wedding summary - based on your select date, ceremony option, guest numbers, food choice, drinks choice and farmhouse. Four weeks before your wedding at your interim date you will confirm all your requirements, i.e. guest numbers, seating plan, timings, food choices etc. Your final invoice is then due 3 weeks before your wedding, less your original deposit. As lots of elements during your planning will change as your ideas come together. 

Planning your day

Your wedding planner (who will be allocated 6-8 months from your wedding date) will help guide you throughout your journey and personalise your experience to create the most perfect day for you both! You will go through a 15-20 page file with your wedding planner to make sure that nothing is forgotten and that you’re happy with your timings, suppliers, decorations etc.
